Party Crackers

YUM

THESE ARE THE BEST SEASONED CRACKERS. If you’ve been here for a minute, you probably know by now that I’m a flavor girl. Like, I look in the bag of chips before I grab one, to make sure I get the one with the most seasoning. Haha yes, I’m embarrassing. Anyway, these crackers definitely pass the flavor test.

This seasoned cracker recipe is so easy (and highly addictive). I’m sorry. It’s not fair of me to show you this, cause you will actually hate me when you eat the whole tray that was meant for your next gathering. It’s also the best snack for those days when you just want to mix it up a little bit.

Chris’s great uncle Ron came up with the three-cracker mix, and I loved it! So I totally stole that from him, but I don’t think he will mind. He makes this snack for every holiday – so cute.

Okay enough small talk, here you go!

    • 1/4 cup avocado oil (or oil of your choice)

    • 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning

    • 1 teaspoon dill

    • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper and/or garlic powder (optional)

    • 2 large handfuls of each:

      • Cheez-Its

      • Oyster crackers

      • Mini Saltine crackers

If you are feeling wild or making these for adults, you can easily turn these into “Fire Crackers” by adding a few extra ingredients.

Add:

  • 1-2 tablespoons red chile flakes, to taste (this is the fire)

  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

  1. In a small bowl, combine oil, ranch seasoning, dill, and lemon pepper. Stir ‘til mixed well!

  1. Combine the crackers and oil mixture in a gallon Ziplock bag. Then SEAL AND SHAKE THAT BABY. I feel like I always end up dancing during this step. It’s hard to shake the bag without moving!

  1. Once the crackers are well-coated, spread them out on an ungreased sheet pan in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

  1. Cool before serving.

Hope your breath smells as good as these taste. Too much? K bye.
