Christmas Tree Cheesy Bread

YUM

This cheese-filled pull apart bread made me feel like damn Martha Stewart. It checked off all the boxes: simple, delicious and freaking CUTE.

Let’s get started.

Ingredients:

  • Butter

  • Pizza dough

  • 6 mozzarella cheese sticks

  • Parsley and garlic salt, for garnish

For dipping sauce, you can use marinara/pizza sauce, alfredo or pesto.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 1: Roll out pizza dough onto a clean surface.

Step 2: Using a pizza cutter, slice 30 squares of dough, about 2”x 2” each.

Step 3: Cut each string cheese stick into 5 even pieces, so you have 30 pieces of cheese.

Step 4: Add a piece of mozzarella to each square of dough. Form each one into a ball, pinching to seal the edges.

Step 5: Place the cheese-filled rounds on a greased baking sheet, seam down, in the shape of a tree. The rounds should be lightly touching.

Step 6: Bake 16-18 minutes or until golden brown. While the bread is baking, melt butter. Brush butter onto the tree when removed from oven. Garnish with parsley and garlic salt. Serve immediately with marinara or your choice of dipping sauce.

This was a very exciting dish for me! I couldn’t believe how simple and DELISH it turned out to be.

Can you believe Christmas is this week?

I CANNOT. LOL.

Love you guys forever. Thanks for being here.
